- Technical Issues with the Product: If our team is unable to resolve a confirmed technical issue, you may be eligible for a refund. Please provide a detailed description of the issue, and we will assess the situation. Refunds for technical problems are only considered when adequate evidence of the error is provided.
- Misrepresentation: If the product description significantly differs from the delivered item, this is considered a misrepresentation. Please note that subjective opinions about the quality or appearance of a product do not qualify as misrepresentation.
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- You no longer need the product.
- You found a different product you prefer or changed your mind about the purchase.
- You lack the expertise to use the product.
- You do not have the appropriate software to access or edit the product.
- The product was purchased by mistake and has already been downloaded.
- You are dissatisfied with the perceived quality of the product.
- You are unable to download the product due to internet speed or stability issues.
- Your intended use of the product violates our licensing agreement.
- You claim there is a technical issue but do not provide sufficient evidence to support the claim.
- Your purchase was made more than 30 days ago.

Important Information Regarding Chargebacks:
- Accounts from which chargebacks are initiated will be permanently closed, and previous purchases will no longer be accessible.
- Filing a dispute via PayPal will automatically disable your account until the dispute is resolved.

I filed a PayPal dispute. Why havenβt I received a response?
Please contact us directly via our Support page. Filing a PayPal dispute will disable your account. We are happy to assist with duplicate purchases and other issues, but you must reach out to us for resolution. -
What if I accidentally filed a chargeback?
Contact your bank, card issuer, or PayPal to withdraw the chargeback. Once the chargeback is removed, we can restore access to your account. -
Why is my account closed if I didnβt file a chargeback?
Sometimes, when a card is canceled due to loss, theft, or fraudulent activity, the bank may mark all transactions during a certain period as fraudulent. If this applies to your case, please contact your bank or card issuer to rescind the chargeback.
